GFO takes a highly focused approach to business and concentrates on specific industry segments which provide the best opportunities to attract inward investment and create global businesses. In 2011, The Group established a new company, The Global Financial Organisation Ltd., “GFO”, to focus specifically on opportunities in renewable energy, aeronautics, and ICT. To quickly meet the demand for first mover technologies, we have established an impressive portfolio of products and services in each of these sectors through a series of strong strategic relationships with technology leading organisations, including the American designer and manufacturer of the first all composite flying wing unmanned aircraft, the largest ICT systems and services company in China, and the fourth largest Chinese turbine manufacturer. To further enhance the effectiveness of our offering, we have established working relationships with a number of strategic stakeholders including, investment companies, regional development agencies, universities, and industry associations.
Aeronautics The unmanned aeronautical systems industry is gaining wide acceptance. The unmanned aeronautical system, "UAS", is the fastest growing segments of the aeronautical industry. The two main applications are military and civilian. GFO offers government agencies and manufacturing companies a unique opportunity to purchase the complete IP for our latest family of UAS’s, featuring our patented scalable all composite flying wing airframe, "plug and play" propulsion system, sensors, cameras, and command & control”. This portfolio of some twelve models based a single design is perfectly suited for a wide variety of military and civil missions. The systems have a proven record over several years and requires no development. The IP purchaser can build as many UAS's as it needs with no additional royalties or fees charged.
ICT ICT technologies, products and services are experiencing a new burst of growth worldwide, driven by rapid advances in electronics, communications, multimedia, information and cloud computing. GFO focuses on mobile communications, multimedia distribution, cloud computing and business processing. GFO is currently identifying potential health, sports and retail banking organisations, whose services may be transformed by the use of a new portfolio of systems, products and services.
Renewable Energy Renewable energy is one of the most innovative sectors of the energy industry and is on track to continually increase its share of electricity generation in each of the major countries around the world. GFO currently focusses on onshore and offshore wind, tidal and wave generation. GFO is currently identifying newly approved renewable energy projects which require funding or need efficient and low cost turbines.
